Ravens Coordinating For Offense

Posted by: Zach

Much to the chagrin of several of my fellow Fan-Sided bloggers, the Ravens are targeting offensive coordinators around the league in their search for a new head coach.

Jason Garrett and Tony Sparano of the Dallas Cowboys, Jim Caldwell of the Indianapolis Colts, and Josh McDaniels of the New England Patriots are all on the Ravens preliminary short list for a new head coach. Whether or not the organization is looking to establish a young coordinator behind uncertainty at the quarterback position and a stout defense is unclear, but the look of the search is going well.

As long as Ozzie Newsome and Steve Bisciotti give the appearance that offense is priority number one, the team can operate more effectively in the draft and with free agent signings. Excellent job by the front office with these latest developments.
