Coordinator Circus in Baltimore

Rex Ryan and Cam Cameron couldn’t be further apart on the NFL head coaching spectrum. Ryan has been mentioned as a front runner for several head coaching positions around the league, most notably the vacancy with the Atalanta Falcons. Cam Cameron recently finished leading one of the worst campaigns in NFL history, a tumultuous 1-15 season with the Miami Dolphins.

But a story out of the Carroll County times and Baltimore Ravens insider Aaron Wilson says that Cameron and Ryan are in the same boat when it comes to the Ravens plans for offensive and defensive coordinators, as both men are high on the list to work under new head coach John Harbaugh.

Ryan, who openly received support from Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti to take the Falcons job if offered, is reported be in negotiations with Baltimore.  Cameron’s name has been mentioned, but the Ravens will be competing with the St. Louis Rams for his services as an offensive coordinator.

Nothing wrong with these two potential names coming in to help guide the franchise, as they would be more logical choices for their positions than the one recently made for the biggest position.
