Joe Flacco Goes Back to School

An agreement between the NFL and NCAA regarding training camp time and former student-athletes will keep Baltimore Ravens rookie quarterback Joe Flacco out of camp for the rest of May.
Despite having already withdrawn from school, the rule is that draft picks are allowed to participate in only one camp while their school is in session. The rule also applies to sixth-round pick Haruki Nakamura out of Cincinnati.
Kanye West would be proud, because this rule encourages students to drop out immediately following football season. Heaven forbid if you have finals or actually want to finish your degree despite the promise of NFL millions. Outward appearances seem that both the NCAA and the NFL are on the side of academic integrity with this rule, but we all know that it would promote more damage than good for players interested in
