If you were looking for all of the stars to come out in the Monday Night showdown between the Ravens and the Steelers next week, you’ll have to look further down the schedule. Running back Willie Parker and defensive tackle Casey Hampton will miss the game with a sprained knee and strained groin, respectively.
So if the Ravens when, does it really count as a full-fledged victory?
Without their best offensive weapon, and their second-best defensive weapon, the Steelers at less than full-power may not provide the test the Ravens are looking for as they attempt to sweep the AFC North. I originally believed that the game would be close, and that the passing game of the Steelers would keep it that way, but with no Willie Parker to set it up, this might turn into a full-fledged shellacking.
The Ravens’ defense has been looking forward to this game, and you have to think they’ll be disappointed that their mettle won’t be completely tested. Nevertheless, 3-0 will be a welcomed sight in Charm City come Tuesday morning.

You guys keep forgetting you need to win the game before you can start talking right? Also with the same approach didnt the steelers shut down the ravens offense as well that game? Or did Ben just put up 35points and you guys stopped trying? Regardless the better team will win. And as it usually goes Pittsburgh will take a lead in the AFC north.
