So this is probably old news to you who are following the Ravens intently, but Ray Lewis is not re-signing for a discount. What this means in terms of Bart Scott and Terrell Suggs is unclear. Scott has verbally expressed that he would take a discount, but right now he seems like the least likely to be re-signed. Behind Scott and Lewis at Inside Linebacker is Antwan Barnes, (also plays OLB) Nick Greisen and in a desperate situation, safety master Jameel McClain. We’ll see what happens in the next few weeks, it should be a crazy ride.

This is real shelfish of Ray. You are already a millionair but you want more and more money. He is already set financually and cant let go of a few million dollers so Baltimore can go and sign the players the he so call “Love” to play with. I know he plays hard and is still one of, if not the, best LB in the game, but this is not something i would expect from Ray. I wouldnt be surprised to see Ray leave. It may not be the right thing to do, but it may be the smart thing to do.
