Players released this week (or last) that in my opinion, the Ravens should look into signing:
- WR Laverneus Coles (NYJ)
- LB Derrick Brooks (TB)
- WR Joey Galloway (TB)
- Marvin Harrison, anybody?
- CB Dre Bly (DEN)
- WR Drew Bennet (STL)
- QB Trent Green (STL, possibly for backup depth)
- DE Anthony Weaver (HOU, former Raven)
- OT Ephraim Salaam (HOU)
- LB Donnie Edwards (KC)
- S Mike Brown (CHI: Maybe he can play cornerback, would be expensive)
- WR David Patten (NO)
Now I doubt the team will sign any of these players, they never really do, but these are just some ideas.

The Ravens are reportedly interested in former Squeelers offensive tackle, Marvel Smith. We'll have to see if they sign him. Also I think DJ Hackett might be a solid pick up at WR since Bryant Johnson already has signed with the Lions.
