Big news for the Ravens offense. Since losing Derrick Mason to retirement, fans have been asking who will step up and be the #1. Even if Mark Clayton or Demetrius Williams is underwhelming, the team is having four wideouts work out on Friday. On the team’s official site, Eric DeCosta said that former Seahawk and Panther D.J. Hackett would be one of the four. The Nashville City Paper has also reported that former Titan Drew Bennett is among the contenders. No details on the other two have been released, but just remember that Marvin Harrison is still on the market, with Jamison Hensley writing about his timetable for a team selection. I would love to see Bennett signed, and if Harrison is among the four, he would be a nice addition too. Just a shame that Mason had to retire this late.
