"Ravens Aren't Going to Pursue Vick"

Aaron Wilson reported through Twitter last night that the Ravens are not going to pursue Michael Vick, and he told me that he’s confident in what his sources told him.  If there’s anyone to talk to about Ravens news, it’s Aaron Wilson, who, in my opinion, does as good a job as anyone.  After reading my earlier post about Vick, you might know that I feel very, very relieved about this news.

More updates will come on this situation, but hopefully this is dead and the team and Vick will both move on.

in my opinion, i would mind having vick in as a wr. i think it would greatly improve the already awesome wildcat package they have. smith and vick in the same backfield would be crazy. but alas i ready your previous article and it has some strong points, though they are extremes. all i know is that if they did sign him, id get flack every time i trash talk.

oh and btw, “free Ravens merchandise”?

I’m planning a contest that will start when the preseason ends, maybe earlier. Thanks for asking.

Great news. I would genuinely have a tough time supporting the Ravens in as strong a way as I have if Vick were on the team.

A quick little Vick update. Other teams who are rumored to be interested in Mike include the Dallas Cowboys, our nemesis Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Buffalo Bills. I don’t know about you, but I think that Vick and T.O. would almost be comical.
