Washington Out For Season

After another heart-breaking loss at the hands of their archrival Indianapolis Colts, the Ravens got the news that cornerback Fabian Washington would be out for the rest of the 2009-10 season.  Washington, the 5th year Nebraska alum, tore his ACL on the far sideline after tackling Colts running back Joseph Addai.  Washington, in his second year with the Ravens, will be replaced by any one of the three cornerbacks Chris Carr, Lardarius Webb or Frank Walker (oh no).  Coach Harbaugh has also stated that an outside candidate may be brought in.

Otherwise, the game was not good.  When the Colts and Peyton Manning play that badly, there’s no reason for a loss.  When your newly signed kicker scores all your points, that’s not good.  At times, Cam Cameron’s playcalling looked ingenious, and at other times it seemed mediocre and ill-advised.  Luckily, the Steelers lost and this loss doesn’t put the Ravens completely out of the picture. Yet.

Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck i thought we were going to win this one.

they went backwards and side to side instead of going north south and smashing it in

yeah i cant get over calling the same run play twice on the goal line. my thinking, if you get to the redzone by passing, score on a pass play. if you get there by running, run it, or at least do play action so you get the defense to bite (like that one play were the colts did play action and ray ray respected it for a step which opened up the middle of the field). dont just go conservative just cause ur in the redzone.
