Da’Quan Bower’s draft stock has dropped dramatically after his pro day and reported knee problems. As more and more film is watched, his projected ability to play in the National Football League has faltered. Could this former number one projected draft pick fall to pick twenty six?
It is well known that the Ravens need someone opposite of Terrell Suggs. Last year, Sergio Kindle was the solution to that problem, but his head injury forced his season to end without ever beginning. If Bowers continues to fall, and he’s available that late in the first round, there’s no doubt that the Ravens would consider drafting him. The large cloud of doubt and speculation surrounding him could certainly pose the scenario. Hey, anything’s possible…Right?
