Despite the league’s request to keep the lockout in place until the appeal process sets forth, Judge Nelson favored the players and has decided to keep to the lockout lifted. The league still argues that the lockout should remain in place until the appeal, because starting the offseason (trades, free agency, etc.) will do the league more harm than good. However, this comes just in time for the draft because now trades can be done.

Speaking of the draft, don’t forget to stop by and participate in the EbonyBird’s draft chat tomorrow starting thirty minutes before the start of the draft (7:30 P.M.).
