Matt Stover To Announce Retirement Thursday

After 19 NFL seasons, the long time Baltimore Ravens’ kicker is finally hanging up the cleats. Matt Stover will forever be known in Baltimore as a great person on and off the field. Drafted by the Giants in 1990, Stover played for the Cleveland Browns until they moved to Baltimore and stayed with them until 2008. He also replaced the injured Colts’ kicker, Adam Vinatieri, in 2009. Stover is currently in the top 10 for every kicking statistic and holds the record for most consecutive PATs with 422. Hats off to Matt Stover for a stellar proffestional career.
