Ray Rice, Maurice Jones-Drew, And Ahmad Bradshaw's Advice To Rookies

A trio of great running backs consisting of Baltimore Ravens Ray Rice, Jacksonville Jaguars Maurice Jones-Drew and New York Giants Ahmad Bradshaw gave rookies some advice to help them excel in the National Football League. They all said to be a follower rather than a leader and learn from more experienced players rather then quickly trying to rise to the top. Veteran players have much more knowledge and experience and are willing to provide younger players with the tools to find success. Respect is a big part of this as you must earn your stripes to make it big.

There is much more in the video so make sure to check it out.
