An Offensive Outlook For the Ravens

With the lockout seemingly only a week or two away from ending, I’ve decided to start looking forward to the season. Specifically, I’d like to look at the Baltimore Ravens offense, which I believe will thrive this season. Why? There are a few reasons.

First off, I believe there truly was a rift between Cam Cameron and Jim Zorn. Zorn seemed to be a “my way or the highway” type who was in the ear of Flacco to do the things he believed would help the offense. Cameron was on a completely different page. You can’t have two guys telling one player what to do if they are different things. I believe this is why Zorn was let go. Not because he was a bad quarterbacks coach, but because there were too many cooks in the kitchen. Cameron has a long history of success in the NFL and with John Harbaugh—Zorn doesn’t.
