NFL Owners Ratify Proposal To End Lockout

Just a few minutes ago, NFL Owners voted on a labor proposal and approved it with a 31-0 vote. The decision was a consensus and the players are now scheduled to have a conference call at 8 P.M. ET tonight. This does not mean that they will vote on the proposal but it is a possibility. There are still many issues left to settle including reinstating the player’s union. Some people are saying that a deal will be in place tonight while others say it could be a few more days.
