Jason LaCanfora and other NFL insiders are reporting that Terrell Suggs will practice as soon as wednesday. This techniclly doesnt activate Suggs, but it is easy to see why the Ravens would go ahead and do so because they are about to have 2 open roster spots when they place Lewis and Webb on IR. Now is the easiest time to do so and it wont effect the team much if any.

Suggs has been diligently rehabing his torn achilles for a few months now, and according to the coaches he looks ahead of schedule. Suggs being ahead of schedule is impressive in and of itself because the schedule Suggs set for himself was absurdly aggressive. If Suggs were to be active for this game Sunday, which is not likely but is possible according to Harbaugh, He would have cut the recovery time for his injury from a project 12-16 months all the way to just under 5 months. We always knew Suggs was a physical freak, but this is just an insane time-frame.

Even If Suggs were to return for the Steelers game week 10, it would still be a ridiculous timeframe. Most insiders seem to agree that Suggs is almost a lock, barring setbacks, to be on the field by then. Hats off to you Suggs, you are a beast.
