Sunday Afternoon only featured 2 games, but one of them was a doozy. lets start with the boring one.

Oakland 26 Kansas City 16- Both of these AFC West teams are terrible. Matt Cassell and Carson Palmer are both bottom five players among starting QBs in the league, Both of these teams have questionable defense and oddly enough, both of these teams have pretty good WRs. Anyway, Carson Palmer showed flashed of his former abilities and led the Raiders to an easy win. The Raiders led 23-9 after 3 quarters and they cruised the rest of the way. Palmer threw 2 TDs and had decent numbers and most importantly he didnt turn the ball over and lose the game for his team.

Giants 29 Cowboys 24- Our other game featured one of the best Rivalries in the NFL, the Cowboys and the Giants were going at it in Dallas today and it was a great game to watch. The Giants reached halftime with a 23-10 lead but the Cowboys rallied back and scored 14 straight to take a 23-24 lead to the fourth quarter. The Giants were able to tack on a pair of FGs to get a 29-24 lead. and then things got wild, after a couple of swapped possesions, the Cowboys finally got the ball with just under a minute to play. they drove down to the 37 yard line and then Romo lofted a 37 yard pass to the corner of the endzone for Dez Bryant for the game winning TD….or not, The play was challenged by the replay official and after review it was overturned. the cowboys gained a few more yards with a pass to Witten but after an incomplete TD attempt the game came down to one final play with 1 second on the clock. Tony Romo evaded some pressure to get a pass off to Jason Witten but it hit the turf incomplete and the Giants walked away victorious.
