The Ravens have agreed to send maligned linebacker Rolando McClain to the Cowboys along with a seventh round pick in exchange for a sixth round pick, per Adam Schefter at ESPN.

This move reeks of desperation on the Cowboy’s part after losing Sean Lee to an ACL tear.  McClain was the number eight pick in the 2010 draft, but has never had his head on straight and has already “retired” twice to go along with three arrests.

Chalk this up as getting a little something out of nothing for Ozzie Newsome, though McClain could easily start for the Cowboys if his head and heart are truly in it.
