Chris Canty is another Raven that isn’t spending his summer vacation resting on his laurels. He recently posted this video to his Instagram that shows him working on hand techniques in a training facility. It’s good to see Canty working hard in preparation for this season, which could be a make or break one for the 10 year veteran.

Canty has a lot more competition this season and will be feeling the heat in training camp with a group of youngsters nipping at his feet. Amid rumors that he could be cut by the end of the preseason, he needs to show up for camp and prove that he is still effective. This video shows that he is serious about doing just that.
