Welcome to lunchtime links, where we round up all the latest Ravens news from around the web for your convenient consumption.  Today we take a look at one Raven’s projected final roster, along with the latest power rankings and where the Ravens land on the list.

Jamison Hensley has put up his Raven’s projected final roster over at ESPN.  Final roster projections are always tough, not only for the media but for the actual decision makers as well.  Hensley doesn’t think the Ravens will carry quarterback Keith Wenning on the final roster, presumably after Tyrod Taylor had a strong showing in the first preseason game.  We’re not so sure they won’t, and it will be tough for the Ravens to sneak him on the practice squad after a strong offseason.

Hensley also has the team only keeping five wide receivers, with the fifth being Kamar Aiken over seventh round pick Michael Campanaro.  While Camp has been plagued by injury, we again must look to the precedent set by the Ravens in regards to draft picks.  They just typically don’t give up on guys who they spent a draft pick on.  This scenario makes sense, of course, because it is clear that Aiken has been a better receiver in camp and is healthy.

Matt Miller at Bleacher Report has an updated NFL power ranking for us, with the Ravens coming in at number 11.  It’s the same as last week after Miller blows off the big win over the 49ers as just a meaningless preseason game.  The Ravens are still ahead of their division rivals the Steelers (#15), Bengals (#13), and Browns (#29).  Why Miller is so high on the Tampa Bay Bucs (#10), we have no idea.  But hey, that’s why we make these lists – to debate them.

So what do you think about the roster predictions and power rankings?
