Five takeaways from Ravens rookie minicamp – Clifton Brown, CSN Baltimore
"Five takeaways from Ravens rookie minicamp that ended Saturday:1. The Ravens escaped with just one serious injury. It was disappointing that undrafted rookie cornerback Julian Wilson from Oklahoma suffered a broken leg Friday that will end his season. The Ravens wanted to take a longer look at Wilson at a position where they have need. However, all of the Ravens’ draft picks escaped injury. That made them more fortunate than the Jaguars, who lost top pick Dante Fowler (No. 3 overall) to a season-ending knee injury Friday."
Undrafted rookie runner Terrence Magee says LSU offense has parallels to Ravens offense – Aaron Wilson, The Baltimore Sun
"“We ran kind of a dummied-down version of it,” Magee said. “It’s pretty much the same stuff. Some of the terminology is pretty much the same.”Magee operated in a versatile role for the LSU Tigers, lining up at running back, wide receiver and returning kicks. A high school quarterback, Magee even completed a 44-yard pass in a game against Mississippi State."

"“It’s a lot of things that affect the integrity of the game,” Reed said during cornerback Lardarius Webb’s charity softball game at M&T Bank Stadium. “We make lessons out of guys like Adrian Peterson andRay Rice when it comes to harsh things that affect the integrity of the game. That’s what we’re about protecting.”"
Cornerback Tray Walker: I belong here – Garrett Downing, BaltimoreRavens.com
"“It felt like I belonged here, and I always have,” Walker said after finishing his first Ravens practice.Walker’s ascension to the NFL is as steep as any of his rookie counterparts.
