Terrell Suggs got some help in the pass rushing department. Now expect Suggs to put on a show:

Terrell Suggs could realistically be looking at his last season. After dealing with major injuries two years in a row, the 34 year old linebacker could be looking to put an exclamation point on his career. With a strong defense around him, he could have a great year.

Suggs has had some pretty incredible seasons. He has six seasons with double digit sacks. Amazingly he hasn’t lost a step. Playing with one good arm for much of the 2016 season, Suggs recorded 8 sacks. With a full slate of health, he could have one more season with ten or more sacks.

In 2014, Elvis Dumervil had 17 sacks, while Suggs recorded 12. The Ravens had one of the most formidable pass rushing combinations in football. Now the Ravens have replaced Dumervil with a ton of young talent.

Pass rush could come from a handful of guys, making life easier on Suggs. If teams want to double team the veteran linebacker, the youthful talent will make them pay. Tim Williams and Tyus Bowser are two exciting rookies that will make an instant impact.
