Stock down: Keith Wenning

Following a dismal showing against the Cowboys in week 2, Wenning didn’t even play a snap in week 3.  The rookie quarterback just looks overwhelmed when he has had a shot on the field.  It’s funny to think just a few weeks ago many thought that Wenning could be a threat to Tyrod Taylor for the backup QB job, and now it’s almost a foregone conclusion that Wenning is going to get cut.

And we expect that to happen, most likely at final cuts.  We don’t foresee the Ravens having too much trouble sneaking Wenning onto the practice squad at this point, unless he lights it up against the Saints in the final game of the preseason Thursday.
