A back up in his first season with Baltimore he eventually became a starter and tackling machine for the Ravens in 2013. Although a physical presence his pass coverage skills were a concern and the Ravens looked in the draft and free agency for help while letting “Big” walk. A free agent at the end of the 2013 season he signed with the Detroit Lions and is currently one of their starting safeties.
