Chris Schisler – Revenge In Pittsburgh Week 13

Ravens fans know, it boils down to the game in Pittsburgh. I’ve been a Ravens fan since I was a little kid and last year’s loss to the Steelers was one of the hardest losses to take. I want revenge, in Pittsburgh. I want the Ravens to pretty much punch their ticket to the postseason by beating the Steelers in Pittsburgh. What I want is the Ravens to take the Sunday Night Football spotlight, beat a division foe, beat a Super Bowl contender and show the world they are here to win a championship.

Anytime you have a setback, you want to have another shot. How could the Ravens not be excited to go to Heinz field? Yes, playing the Raiders on the road is a huge test. Yes, the Packers at Lambeau field will be a great barometer of the Ravens merit. However, we’re talking about Ravens vs. Steelers. It’s the most physical and intense match up in all of professional sports. There is a lot of respect on both sides, but there is no love lost in this one.

All offseason, we’ve been haunted by Antonio Brown reaching across the goal-line. All offseason we had to sit with the bad taste of getting knocked out by our top rivals. For me, no game is nearly as important as Sunday Night Football against the Steelers.
