The Defense lost the battle:

The Ravens defense continued to get gashed on the ground. The Ravens allowed over 100 yards, which has become a weekly thing. Baltimore got their two defensive ends back, but the problem still persisted. The Ravens gave up long runs, including a 35 yard scamper by Murray. The Ravens defense seemed to have a problem getting consistent push. In fact it seemed like they were getting pushed around. This defense was supposed to be special. It isn’t. It’s not getting any help whatsoever, but they allowed several long drives and over 150 rushing yards. That isn’t acceptable.

The Ravens got no sacks on Case Keenum. The Vikings scored six field goals and a touchdown. That’s not good enough. The Vikings dominated this game without even having to play their best football. The Ravens defense doesn’t get a pass in this game. I’m tired of having to give the defense a pass in the first place. The offense does nothing. Get used to it. It’s not changing and the defense still has a job to do. Then Ravens defense got beaten to a pulp. The Vikings scored mostly field goals, but the Ravens failure to get them off the field was sorely evident.

This is getting frustrating:

The Ravens are not good enough and it’s obvious. John Harbaugh’s Ravens lost the battle up front. The Vikings offensive line dominated the defense. It just did. At every single position the Ravens need to be better than they were today. The Ravens lost 24-16 but this game wasn’t close. The Ravens have made us believe that there defense was shorthanded against the run. They got Brandon Williams back and they had the same problems. The Ravens had more problems than just missing their defensive end and this game showed Why can’t the Ravens defense stop the run?
