The Baltimore Ravens had a really good day against the Titans. Naturally, we start with the good:

The first quarter in Tennessee was more fun for the Baltimore Ravens than the entire game against Cleveland. The Ravens started out with a great defensive stop. The Ravens got back to back sacks on Marcus Mariota and forced a punt. The Titans pinned the Ravens deep in their own territory, but 17 plays later Michael Crabtree caught a very impressive touchdown pass. The Ravens offense took up most of the first quarter with a drive that was as impressive as it gets. Crabtree had a rebound game, and he was instrumental in the first scoring drive.

The second quarter offered much of the same. The Ravens defense ended up with six sacks in the half. That’s right, the Ravens defense took Mariota down six times in thirty minutes of football. The Ravens had another impressive touchdown drive that ended with Alex Collins scoring a 13 yard touchdown run. That was one of the best runs the Ravens have had this season in all honesty. At the half, Baltimore had 192 yards while the Titans had just 69.

The second half got started with another long drive by the Ravens. The Ravens ended up with a 3rd and 17 at the beginning of the drive. Flacco picked up the third down conversion and the drive took 13 plays and over seven minutes of the game clock. Lamar Jackson’s insertion in the offense has been a mixed bag at best, but his 22 yard run set up the third score of the game. The Ravens were up 21-0. When Collins scored his second touchdown of the game it was halfway through the third quarter and it looked like that was enough points for the win. The Ravens defense reinforced that point by picking up their seventh sack to end the next Titans possession.
