3. The offensive line holding it’s own:

The starters may not get a lot of work in the preseason opener, but traditionally they get a drive or two. The Jacksonville Jaguars offer a stiff defensive test. They have the kind of defense that can give the Ravens a test up front. Make no mistake about this, if the Ravens starting offensive line can bully the Jaguars defensive front, it would be huge. The offensive line is th biggest concern.

The Ravens Flock is generally tentative about committing to Matt Skura at the center position. In 2018 Matt Skura was like vanilla ice cream. It gets the job done but it’s not as good as french vanilla and it could use another layer of flavor. At his best, Skura has been solid. At his worst it’s not fun to watch. The left guard position is not a position where the depth chart is written in Sharpie. If the Ravens offensive line is problematic than all our fears could be heightened to another level. However, if the offensive line is good enough or even good all the way around, it will have a calming affect on Baltimore’s biggest worry area.

Next. The Game Changer of a draft the Ravens just had. dark

There are a lot of players to key in on up front. We need to see Orlando Brown Jr. continue to develop as a pass blocker. We need to see if Bradley Bozeman or Ben Powers can push the starters in front them. When the game is going on and the backups shuffle through the game zone in on the offensive line. There are a lot of questions and that’s where fans can find the answers.
