The Ugly:

The weather in this game certainly counts as part of the ugly. The game was ended prematurely because of lightning. The game ended with the Eagles cutting heavily into Baltimore’s momentum. The ugliest part of this game was the inability for the Ravens to run the football. Justice Hill, who has been exciting this preseason, got eight yards on seven carries. The Ravens couldn’t run the ball at all.

On paper the offensive line didn’t have a nightmare night. The Eagles didn’t record a single sack. In actuality the offensive line is lucky that McSorley is so athletic. The offensive line is the reason that the running game was non-existent. If the Ravens ever want to know how important Ronnie Stanley and Marshal Yanda are, they just have to watch the tape of this game. The offensive line got bullied and it was brutal to watch.

The Ravens showed mostly positives in their preseason game. It counts as a win despite the weather ending the game. The Ravens didn’t play several of their key players in this game. The offensive line could got stretched thin tonight. That’s something to keep an eye on at the very least.
