Wide Receiver: Sean Modster, Jaylen Smith, Joe Horn Jr.

The Ravens have three receivers that are easy roster cuts. The battle for the last roster spot at the position is between Antoine Wesley, Jaleel Scott and even maybe Michael Floyd. That means that Sean Modster, Jaylen Smith and Joe Horn Jr. are inevitably going to get cut. Outside of the Ravens top five receivers, there are no locks at this position. These three receivers chances to make the team are extremely minimal. Modster made things interesting because of his ability as a slot receiver. It just isn’t going to happen.

Tight End: Cole Herdman

Cole Herdman has played well in the preseason. He is a player that may deserve a practice squad job. The Ravens have three tight ends and a fullback. There isn’t a roster spot for Herdman. Herdman is an easy roster spot solely because of his circumstances. He is going to have a career in the NFL, maybe not as a starter, but as a serviceable player on a roster. It just will not be with the Baltimore Ravens, not with this great tight end situation.

Offensive Line: Marcus Applefield, Greg Senat, Randin Crecellus

The Ravens offensive line is pretty much set at this point. There are a couple of players on the bubble yet these three aren’t even close to the bubble. The Ravens played a preseason game against the Eagles where Marshal Yanda and Ronnie Stanley didn’t play. The back end of the offensive line got a shot in the third preseason game and it was ugly.
