2. Marlon Humphrey

With no A.J. Green to worry about in this game, Marlon Humphrey should have a huge performance. He’s held Odell Beckham Jr. in check and ultimately won the give and take battle against JuJu Smith-Schuster. Humphrey is an elite cornerback and he is more than capable of shutting things down in this game. The Bengals passing attack is the only thing that makes this game look concerning. That makes it so reassuring for the Ravens that they have the league’s best cornerback. That’s right, Humphrey is the best cornerback in the game. He’s not one of the best, he’s the best.

Humphrey was the hero of the game last week. The secondary has been problematic however Humphrey is having the best season of his career. Humphrey keeps stepping up and delivering top notch performances. He’s probably the best player on the entire roster and he should be expected to be one of the top performers each week. Without Green, the Bengals have no elite wide receiver on the roster. Auden Tate and Tyler Boyd are decent. Humphrey is elite.

If the Ravens are going to handle the Bengals they will have to have Humphrey playing his best football. Humphrey is a player who can eliminate an entire player from the other team’s game plan when things are clicking. This is a game where Humphrey should be able to show off. Humphrey will be an elite cornerback in this game and he will get his second interception of the season.
