16. New England Patriots

This feels weird having them here, and I’m not entirely comfortable with the ranking. But losing Brady hurts, as does all the key players who opted out this season. They will not be a pushover, however.

15. Indianapolis Colts

They have a great offensive line and young talent on defense. They have good running backs and a veteran quarterback looking to prove something. I think they will be good. Like, middle-of-the-pack good. But they could climb, too.

14. Arizona Cardinals

I’m probably too high on them. I don’t love their offensive line or their defense, but I do like their quarterback, skill guys, and scheme. This one’s a hunch that could dry up in the desert heat very quickly.

13. Philadelphia Eagles

Another hard team to forecast. Can they cover people? Can their receivers make plays? Can their franchise quarterback visit the hospital less than Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor? Lots of questions, but still plenty of talent.
