Ravens vs Bucs Thursday Night Football Parlay Picks for Week 8

The Ravens are on the cusp of proving to be true contenders, having held a double-digit lead in every game this year. They sit at 4-2 but get a chance to prove their status as an elite NFL team against the Bucs on Thursday Night Football. I’ve cooked up a lovely parlay for the occasion, but let’s first make sure you’ve claimed your free $100 from FanDuel Sportsbook for the upcoming legalization of sports betting in Maryland.

Now, let’s get into my parlay picks for this game.
Ravens vs Bucs Thursday Night Football Parlay Picks (+185)
- Ravens -1 (-108) vs Bucs
- Gus Edwards Over 46.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
This simple, two-leg parlay is focused on the Ravens winning and doing so on the ground. Odds of +185 would profit $18.50 on a $10 bet, and I love our chances of Gus Edwards having a nice game in a Ravens win. Here’s why.
Ravens -1 (-108) vs Bucs
By every conceivable measure, the Ravens are the better football team right now. Baltimore ranks second in yards per rush attempt (5.4), giving them a strength to attack Tampa Bay’s weakness. The Bucs allow the 16th-most yards per rush attempt (4.4) and just got gashed by D’Onta Foreman and Chubba Hubbard for over 180 yards.
Lamar Jackson is averaging more rushing yards per game by himself (72.9) than the entire Tampa Bay offense (64.4).

That’s why I expect a big game from Edwards, but Lamar Jackson should shine as well. He’s having a splendid season and I think the Ravens solve their fourth-quarter woes soon.
Baltimore scores the sixth-most points in the league (25.9) while the Bucs rank 26th (17.7) and just lost to those Panthers. Back the Ravens to pick up a victory over an inferior team.
Gus Edwards Over 46.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
Edwards rushed for 66 yards and a pair of scores in his first game of the year. After Justice Hill fumbled late and Kenyan Drake looked ineffective, Edwards should have an even greater stranglehold on the backfield.
Tampa Bay’s pass defense is still excellent, so the Ravens will likely control the game on the ground with a healthy dose of Lamar and Gus. 46.5 yards feels like Edwards’ floor, so I’ll happily back the over here.
Bang, that’s all we need! These kinds of parlays will soon be available to Maryland bettors everywhere. Just don’t forget to first claim your free $100 from FanDuel Sportsbook. The clock is ticking and you won’t want to be the only Ravens fan missing out – sign up for FanDuel now!
