Ravens vs. Chargers prop bets

  • Odell Beckham Jr. OVER 39.5 receiving yards
  • Lamar Jackson OVER 233.5 passing yards
  • Justin Herbert UNDER 251.5 passing yards

Odell Beckham Jr. OVER 39.5 receiving yards

Odell Beckham Jr.'s role in the Ravens offense has increased as the season has progressed and he's coming off a performance where he hauled in 4-of-7 targets for 116 yards. He has also recorded at least 40 receiving yards in three straight starts.

Now, he and the Ravens offense gets to take on a porous Chargers' secondary. Los Angeles is allowing teams to average 7.5 yards per throw against them, which is the third most in the league. Only the Commanders and Bengals are allowing more yards per pass attempt than the Chargers, which means a big day could be in store for the Raven's receivers.

Lamar Jackson OVER 233.5 passing yards

As I mentioned above, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens will play against one of the worst secondaries in the NFL tonight when they face the Chargers. Not only are they giving up the third most yards per throw, but they're also allowing 291.6 total passing yards per game, which is 21 more yards than any other team.

Considering Jackson is already averaging 221.9 passing yards per game this season, I don't think he'll have any issue going over 233.5 yards on Sunday night.

Justin Herbert UNDER 251.5 passing yards

While the Chargers' secondary is one of the worst in the NFL, the Ravens' secondary is one of the best. They lead the NFL in opponent yards per pass attempt, giving up just 4.6 yards per throw, which is 0.8 fewer yards per throw than the next best team.

They're also allowing a measly 169.7 passing yards per game this season, the third fewest in the league.

The Chargers would be smart to try to keep the ball on the ground against this Ravens team and Justin Herbert could be in for a long night. I'll take the UNDER on his passing yards total.
