The NFL waits for nobody so the regular season keeps going with 16 games this week, the final time in the league as squads across the nation will start to get into their bye weeks starting Monday.
On tap for Sunday, a spicy (and scary) divisional matchup between your Baltimore Ravens (2-1) and the Cleveland Browns (2-1) in a game that was played inside an empty (keep reading) Dawg Pound in Cleveland, OH.
Baltimore has already grown accustomed to it, and for the fourth consecutive week they have been forced to rule out more than one starter. This time, it's five men down for the Flock (with the possibility of a sixth one) along with many more banged-up bodies trying to make it to the field and throughout the full duration of the game.
The Browns aren't 100 percent healthy, mind you, but it's not that you can reach that status in the NFL no matter what you do, right? Anyway, the only questionable player in their latest injury report was QB Deshaun Watson, and shockingly they ended up ruling him out a couple of hours before kick-off naming rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson their starter for Sunday.
If you couldn't follow the Week 4 game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns we've got you covered with a curated set of content that popped up as the game progressed.
Here is everything you need to know, read, and watch about the clash between Ravens and Browns for Week 4 of the 2023 NFL regular season at Cleveland Browns Stadium as the Ravens went on to demolish Cleveland to claim the AFC North no. 1 seed!
Pregame: Second divisional clash, second game on the road, bring it on Dawgs!

1st Quarter: Offensive struggles, defensive dominance (leading to the lone touchdown of the Flock!)
Ther Ravens go three-and-out. I think we'll see a lot of that on both sides today.
— Jonas Shaffer (@jonas_shaffer) October 1, 2023
Tavius Robinson, Jeremiah Moon and Daryl Worley are all starting on defense.
— Jonas Shaffer (@jonas_shaffer) October 1, 2023
Worley in good position to force incompletion on third down, forcing punt. Ravens again using Kyle Hamilton in nickel. Have Worley at safety alongside Stone.
— Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) October 1, 2023
Kyle Van Noy with a near sack on third down on the Browns' first drive. He didn't start today, but I would imagine his role will continue to grow with David Ojabo on IR.
— Ryan Mink (@ryanmink) October 1, 2023
#Ravens start the game with 3-and-out on first two drives. Penalties and pass protection have been problems.
— Jamison Hensley (@jamisonhensley) October 1, 2023
Baltimore had started the last 2 games with TDs on the opening drives. This time, Ravens have 20 total yards on first 2 drives.
Brandon Stephens with a nice pick off the deflection. Even better return for 52 yards after he hit the deck. Arthur Maulet with the tip #RavensFlock

Hopkins good from 53 yards to cut the Ravens lead to 7-3. Browns take advantage of as 37-yard DPI call on Brandon Stephens. A loss of 20 on an Elijah Moore handoff forced the Browns to settle for long FG

Crowd noise has been an issue so far. Lamar Jackson's checks at the LOS also haven't produced much. But this Browns defense is legit.

Ravens defense has stopped the Browns on 4 of 5 third downs, including an interception that set up Baltimore's TD

Justice Hill fumbles it on Lamar's handoff...which was up in his shoulder pads. Browns take over on own 39. Woof this game has been messy and it's not even snowing. #RavensFlock

Turnovers continue to hurt Ravens offense.
— Jamison Hensley (@jamisonhensley) October 1, 2023

That's a heck of a drive by the Ravens, highlighted by Lamar Jackson's 2-yard TD run. That was a 93-yard drive where the Ravens got their run game going. It's 14-3 Ravens with 4:18 left in 2nd quarter.

Since 2018, that is tied with Josh Allen for 2nd-most such games by a quarterback (only trailing Jalen Hurts, who has tush-pushed his way to 9).
Jadeveon Clowney is leading the NFL in almost sacks. He just got a lot of love from the defense after that third-down pressure.

3rd Quarter: Baltimore keeps losing players to injuries, Cleveland keeps allowing yards in bunches
Halftime:
— Baltimore Beatdown (@BmoreBeatdown) October 1, 2023
Todd Monken and Lamar Jackson are COOKING. Only penalties are stopping them.
Zay Flowers making an impact in the short and long game. Needed that extra spark.
Andrews "finally" healthy and he gets on the board for TD2 of the season.
Defense is BUZZING around DTR.
Lamar Jackson's first half in Cleveland vs. NFL's No. 1 defense:

4th Quarter: Lamar thrives, Geno picks, Andrews pounces, reserves in, Baltimore wins!

Lamar Jackson's day:
15-of-19 (.789)

142.8 passer rating
4 total TDs (two rushing, two passing)
Lamar Jackson finishes 15-of-19 for 187 yards and 2 TDs; He rushed nine times for 27 yards and 2 TDs. Nothing came easy for the Ravens offense today, but with how much the defense was controlling the game against a backup QB, the offense only had to play complimentary football
— Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) October 1, 2023
This marked the first time that #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has scored multiple rushing and passing TDs in the same game.
