The Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers will face-off on Christmas Day night in what promises to be must-see television.

Of course with this being the final game of the week, we're all going to place a few bets on it. If you want to find out my best bet for the game, you can read about it in this week's edition of the "Road to 272 Bets".

In this article, I'm going to take that one step further. I'm going to do my best to predict the exact final score of the game. It's an improbable task, but I'm going to take a shot at it anyway.

Let's take a look at the odds and then dive into it.

Ravens vs. 49ers odds, spread, and total

Ravens score prediction

If you read this week's edition of the "Road to 272 Bets" then you know that I like the Ravens to cover the spread, but do I like them to win as well?

I do.

The Ravens have the makeup to be able to not only beat the best team in the NFL, but to be the best team in the NFL. Their defense has established itself as an elite unit and when their offense gets rolling, they're hard to stop. They also play the perfect style of football to take it to the 49ers, being able to attack San Francisco where it's weakest. The 49ers rank 29th in opponent rush EPA, 21st in opponent rush success rate, and 19th in opponent yards per carry, giving up 4.3 yards per rush and 5.1 yards per carry over their last three games.

That means if the Ravens can get things going on the ground as they usually can, they have a great chance to pull off the upset.

When it comes to the total, I like the OVER. No team is able to stop this 49ers offense, they can only hope to slow them down. That's true even when it comes to the Ravens' stout defense. The 49ers lead the league in yards per play, EPA per play, and offensive success rate all while scoring 30.4 points per game.

Even with both teams sporting strong defenses, I'm surprised this total isn't higher than it is.

So, with all of that being said, I think the Ravens pull off the upset in a high-scoring affair.

Final score prediction: Ravens 38, 49ers 34
