The Ravens have beaten two of their division rivals on the road already and in Week 5 they'll rely on their new-look offense to make it three.

The Baltimore Ravens already have wins over the Browns and Bengals on the road, now they’re headed to Pittsburgh to look to remain unbeaten in the division and extend their lead over the rest of the AFC North. John Harbaugh’s team is favored on the road and he’s being rewarded for making a change at offensive coordinator while Mike Tomlin is being punished for not doing the same.

Let’s get into some prop bets to back the Ravens offense against a struggling Pittsburgh defense because the Steelers are bad on that side of the ball too.

When you’re betting on this matchup in Week 5 of the NFL season, make sure to take advantage of this great promo from the Caesars Sportsbook.

Ravens vs. Steelers best prop bets

  • Gus Edwards over 43.5 rushing yards
  • Lamar Jackson longest passing completion over 34.5 yards
  • Winning Margin, Baltimore 1-6 points

Gus Edwards over 43.5 rushing yards

With J.K. Dobbins injured again, Edwards is once again thrust into the role of No. 1 running back for Baltimore. Last week he had 15 carries to lead the team and finished with 48 rushing yards. That was an inefficient day against an excellent Cleveland defense, but he’ll be much more efficient this week.

The Steelers defense ranks 29th against the run and is 28th in yards per rush, allowing 4.7. Edwards gained just 3.2 last week and still eclipsed this total.

Lamar Jackson longest passing completion over 34.5 yards

This is the reason that Todd Monken is the offensive coordinator. He came in to create more big plays in the passing game and that has worked. The Ravens already have 11 passes of 20 or more yards compared to just 33 the entire 2022 season.

The Steelers' defense is 31st in yards per completion, giving up 11.8, and 27th in yards per attempt at 7.1. Zay Flowers will be a huge problem for the Steelers to defend.

Winning Margin: Baltimore 1-6 points

The Ravens are favored on the road in this one and that is for good reason. They are much better than the Steelers and look like one of the best teams in the NFL. That doesn’t matter when these two teams play. Each of the last six head-to-head matchups have been decided by less than six points and the last four have all been decided by a field goal or less. “Throw out the record books” is a cliche for a reason; these games are always close.
