The Ravens (2-0) visited the Bengals (0-2) for the third time in 2023 on Sunday and they broke a two-game losing streak against Cincinnati by beating the supposed AFC North favorites 27-24 in Week 2.
Lamar Jackson led the Flock and the Bengals didn't have a clue where the blows were coming from. Lamar threw a couple of touchdown passes and rushed for a whole bunch of yards, and the Bengals are now facing more than long odds to make the postseason.

Joe Burrow aggravated a calf injury that kept him out of training camp and hampered his game, which was already bad enough without the injury impacting it. The Ravens were superior from start to finish, never trailed in the Jungle, and left the Bengals season looking like one more geared toward getting a good draft position than clinching a playoff berth.
Two players of the Ravens, Lamar Jackson and Mark Andrews, spoke at the podium after the game following head coach John Harbaugh. Here is everything they had to say about the Week 2 win over the Cincinnati Bengals and all of what happened on the field of Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati.
Head Coach - John Harbaugh: "Perfect all across the board"
"I thought Lamar played great football. Lamar played winning football. When he got on rhythm early, he hit some passes and made some huge plays throwing the ball down the field," Harbaugh said.
"It says a lot. It says a lot about the guys that played. It says that those guys are starting-caliber players that played winning football against a great football team in their house. That's what it says. They deserve it. Geno Stone just got a game ball, and he played great football. Pat Mekari had a great football game. Look at the way the offensive line played. [The] offensive line played a great football game. Pass protection was outstanding. Run blocking was outstanding – just all across the board."

Quarterback - Lamar Jackson: "The sky is the limit"
"[It's] like I've been saying since camp – the sky is the limit for this team," Jackson said.
"We're going to need everyone. We showed that today. Everyone touching the ball, getting yards after the catch, [and] keeping the chains moving. We're going to need everyone. [I'm] praying that everyone stays healthy, and we just stay locked in."

TE - Mark Andrews: "The guys came out here focused"
"We were sharp. We were efficient. We were doing our job. At the end of the day, we all just have to do our job, and we'll be the best that we can be," Andrews said.
"I thought the guys came out here focused, ready to go, and a lot of big plays [were] made from everybody. There are things we have to clean up, and that's the exciting part. [We] just [have to] keep a level head, being better each and every day, that's the main goal."
