Cundiff Signed, The Blind Side Debuts Tomorrow

This is going to be extremely quick, because I have a lot of work to do, but today there’s some important news to post about. First off is obviously the contract Billy Cundiff signed with the Ravens yesterday.  Hopefully he will be a valiant replacement for Steve Hauschka.

Second and last, The Blind Side, the story of Michael Oher’s difficult and inspirational rise to the NFL, premieres tomorrow. The film stars Sandra Bullock as Oher’s adopted mother, Leigh Anne Tuohy.  The movie is based off of the nonfiction Michael Lewis book of the same title.  From seeing the previews, it seems like the movie is a little bit more Sandra Bullock-based than the book was Leigh Anne-based, but it’s about the best thing to happen to this Ravens offensive line since Jonathan Ogden.  Definitely a good movie to catch, and it should do well in the box office.

That Ray Rice post I promised will actually go up tomorrow night.  That’s all for now, catch the movie, order your Cundiff jersey, get ready for Purple Friday!
