3-1 Ravens are well rested for Chiefs on Sunday

By now, we all know that the schedule makers didn’t do the Ravens any favors.  After playing 4 hard-fought games over an 18 day period, the 3-1 Baltimore Ravens got a much deserved 10 days of rest.  The Ravens had a tough month of September; playing 3 prime time games in a fast and furious start to the 2012 season.  The Ravens are rested and (for the most part) healthy entering their week 5 match-up against the Chiefs in Kansas City.

The Ravens also received some great news this week, as DL Terrell Suggs is ahead of schedule in his attempt to come back from his torn right achilles tendon. Suggs tore the tendon back in April and had surgery to repair the tear in May.  The target date for Suggs is still not set, but if all goes well, you should see #55 sometime in mid-to- late November barring a setback.
