With just three days before teams can start contacting Ravens free agents, and six before they can sign them, Baltimore is working diligently to maintain some key figures.

“People are trying to phase kickers out of the game. That’s as blunt as I can be about it,” Tucker told BaltimoreRavens.com.

“I don’t think it’s necessary to change the game every couple of years to make it more exciting. It’s plenty exciting. If you want it to be more exciting, TV timeouts could be a little shorter and we could actually play some football.”

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice and his fiancée, who were involved in a domestic violence incident last month, plan to attend a couples seminar, coach John Harbaugh told reporters Wednesday.

Ray Rice is “doing everything he can” to “make things right,” Baltimore coach John Harbaugh said.
Rice and Janay Palmer were both arrested for simple assault at a casino in Atlantic City, N.J., on Feb. 15. The two remain engaged to be married, according to Harbaugh.
