7 Issues Facing Ravens, Big Role For Kyle Juszczyk?

Welcome to Breakfast Links, where you can get your fix before the work day starts! We hunt down and round up all the latest news around the web so you don’t have to.

Yesterday we reported on the 5 things the Ravens must do to win the Super Bowl, and here are 7 issues they are facing at OTAs.

The loss of last year’s secondary coach Teryl Austin created an opening for Steve Spagnuolo, who proved his defensive chops as a coordinator with the 2007 Super Bowl Champion Giants. And so far, current Ravens defensive coordinator Dean Pees has nothing but love for Spags.

Gary Kubiak is known for featuring tight ends in the passing game, which is great news for Dennis Pitta and Owen Daniels. He is also known to feature the running game.  With Vonta Leach gone, is Kyle Juszczyk ready to step up and fill the role of versatile chess piece?

When the Ravens didn’t draft a single offensive tackle, many were surprised (shocked, outraged, etc).  It was a big vote of confidence for previously disappointing fifth round pick Ricky Wagner, but that confidence appears to be paying early dividends.
