The Baltimore Ravens Color Rush Uniforms Are No Longer A Mystery
The Baltimore Ravens will play in Color Rush uniforms on Nov. 10th when they do battle with the Cleveland Browns. Every team in the NFL will wear a special “Color Rush” uniform this season. To see the Ravens Color Rush Click This Link.
When Baltimore hosts the Browns, the Ravens will be wearing all purple. The numbers on the jerseys will be a shiny gold. There will be gold stripes on the pants. I happen to be a big fan of these uniforms. The gold numbers really pop out. I guess it’s easy to like the uniforms because purple is my favorite color.

It was rumored that the Ravens would wear Color Rush uniforms that incorporated the Maryland Flag. This would have been a nice touch, but a problematic one. The Ravens may be Maryland’s preferred football team, but the color scheme of the Ravens doesn’t work. Plus the Ravens already have elements of the flag on the Ravens shield.
The Browns were supposed to wear an unsurprisingly brown jersey. That would be a problem however as it would blend too well with the Ravens purple. The Browns will wear white uniforms instead.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are saving their color rush uniforms for Christmas when they play the Ravens. The Steelers are going with an all black uniform, with shiny yellow numbers. This was probably the best choice for the Steelers. A vibrant overdose of yellow would have been unsettling. Well, Ravens fans probably won’t dig the Steelers uniforms no matter how they look.

When you talk Ravens uniforms, the best one is debatable. I personally like the all black uniforms with the white numbers and purple trim. To me, this is the fiercest look. The Ravens away uniform is an awfully sharp look. White jerseys with purple numbers and black pants, that’s just seems like a great combination.
