Joe Flacco missed some practice time this week, but it looks like he’s ready to go. Here is the injury report:

Questionable: Joe Flacco, Kamar Aiken, Devin Hester, Kendrick Lewis, Jerraud Powers, Jimmy Smith, Ronnie Stanley

More from Ebony Bird

The two biggest names here are obviously Joe Flacco and Jimmy Smith. Flacco’s probably not one hundred percent, so we’ll see how this affects him. One way or another it would make sense for the Ravens to lean on the running game. Smith is a player the Ravens need, because Brandon Marshall is a beastly wide receiver. If his concussion from last week keeps him out of the game, it will be a problem.

Doubtful: Marshall Yanda, Shareece Wright, Steve Smith Sr., Terrell Suggs

This is the really troubling portion of this week’s injury report. Marshall Yanda is a key player for the offensive line. The Ravens seem to go as their offensive line does. When the unit has been mostly healthy and playing well they have won.

Smith Sr. is without a doubt the spark on the Ravens offense. Whenever the Ravens need something to light a fire, agent 89 achieves the mission. The Ravens can get by without Shareece Wright against a team with few weapons. Terrell Suggs hasn’t had a great season but you would much rather see him on the field than on the sideline.

Out: Elvis Dumervil, C.J. Mosley:

Mosley being out is a really troubling injury. Before getting hampered with a hamstring injury against the Washington Redskins, he was playing great football. If the plan is to put Albert McClellan inside, the plan is flawed. I’d like to see Kamalei Correa get his chance to shine. Dumervil is not surprising any one. His foot injury has killed his season so far.

Bottom Line:

The Ravens injuries are concerning. When you have your franchise quarterback hurting it is never good. When you have your best cornerback off the field, it gives the Jets a bit of hope. The offensive line is concerning without Yanda. However we should see the return of Ronnie Stanley and Rick Wagner is back. The Ravens should win this game, none of these injuries should serve an excuse.
