The Baltimore Ravens will shape the future of the offense in the 2017 NFL Draft.

The Baltimore Ravens have few questions left on the defensive side of the football. They have a strong defensive line. They have a great linebacker in C.J. Mosley. The Ravens also have an elite duo at the safety positions with Eric Weddle and Tony Jefferson. The addition of Brandon Carr really gives the Ravens almost nothing to worry about for Dean Pees’s defense. The offense is where the doubt begins to creep in for the Ravens.

The Ravens have needs on the offensive line. Rick Wagner is now a Detroit Lion and Jeremy Zuttah was traded to the San Francisco 49ers. What we know is that Ronnie Stanley is the left tackle of the future. We know that Alex Lewis is a versatile player but his best fit is left guard. We also know that Marshall Yanda is the rock of the offensive line. No matter how you slice it though, the Ravens don’t have an answer at two of five offensive line positions.

An even more glaring void is at the wide receiver position. The Ravens have never had an Antonio Brown or a Julio Jones like player at wide receiver. Right now they don’t just lack star power at the position, they lack dependability too. Free Agency molded the defense. The 2017 NFL Draft will shape the Ravens future, as far as the offense is concerned.
