Today, the owners earned a decisive victory in the offseason lockout debate. The court hearing was to decide whether or not the lockout should remain in place while the NFL Players Association and owners try to get a deal done. What this all means is that the players will remain locked out and offseason activities will continue to be suspended until a new CBA is reached. A deal is rumored to be completed within in the next few weeks, but with the first preseason game less than a month away, fans and players alike feel anxious towards the NFL’s future.
