Terrell Suggs Playing Fullback?
By Riley B
Terrell Suggs is known for being a jokester. So when he said that he would be playing fullback against the New York Jets, many didn’t take him serious.
Suggs has reportedly been taken snaps at fullback during practice this week. Offensive Coordinator Cam Cameron confirmed it with media:
"That’s something that’s big in this plan, we want to put as many good players out there that we can. It’s his idea. He’s not bashful. I guess he got tired of asking to be a tight end, so hey, we’ll stick him in there at fullback and see what he thinks."
Suggs is pretty excited to be playing against his former teamate Bart Scott. The reason he could be playing some offense is so he can be on the field with Bart at the same time.
"They’re giving me some snaps at the ‘full,’ just so me and Bart can have our meeting in the hole, we plan on seeing Bart. They’ve been feeding the beast a little bit, and I’m like, ‘Hey, throw me in there. I’ll catch it in the flat and get you 15"
It may be an unesseccary injury risk, but if it helps the Ravens win, why not? It would be awesome to see T-Sizzle in the backfield between Joe Flacco and Ray Rice. What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comments.
