Finally, the BAnk is going to see some action tonight when the Ravens host the Falcons in their week 2 preseason matchup. Its just preseason football, but still, football is football.

It feels like years since I watched the Ravens hold off the 49ers in the Super Bowl. I, probably like most of you, have dealt with massive football withdrawal issues and am in desperate need of my fix. Last week was okay, but the Ravens playing in Baltimore has a whole different feel to it. Am I right?

Even through the TV, you can feel the purple energy in the stadium. It is awesome. I for one can’t wait. I always find that when Ravens games fall on weekdays, my work day seems to last about 30 hours, the clock moves backwards at times as I wait to get home and escape into football bliss. I’m psyched up, thats my general point here.

The game starts at 7:30, don’t miss it. I will be covering the game as it happens with notes from when the starters come off the field, after the first half, after the game and any other time I find something interesting. I will also be on twitter(@ebony_bird) tweeting live during the game, so you can follow me to get that good stuff.

How will Dallas Clark and Brandon Stokley look? will Jacoby Jones or Tandon Doss step it up this week? How much will Arthur Brown, BRandon Williams and Matt Elam play(and with which group)? Will we learn more about Jim Caldwells offense? How much time will the starters get(should be about a quarter, maybe a bit more)? We will learn all that tonight, follow along here to be the first to know when anything happens!
