At the start of the offseason there was a lot of uncertainty regarding where the Ravens would turn. Two offensive tackles were poised for free agency along with their tight ends and what would general manager Ozzie Newsome do with wide receiver or free safety. Well fast forward to today a lot of those answers have been answered. Jacoby Jones, Dennis Pitta and Eugene Monroe all have new deals.

This is huge for the team as they only have four draft picks and fewer holes now. Wide reciever could still be a target but they don’t have to go into the first round looking at one position. Newsome is adamant that he needs a playmaker at free safety and he could still get one in the early rounds. This really helps the team as if you go into a certain round looking for one position you will usually reach for a player.

I wouldn’t put it past the Ravens to snag a wide receiver like Mike Evans at 17 but that isn’t the only move they have in their back pocket. Here is the updated list of potential Ravens’ draft targets in the first round.
