Day 3 of mandatory minicamp was a little quieter than day 2, though we did have one fight between Matt Elam and Crockett Gillmore. It seems like Steve Smith’s donut gift did the trick in patching things up between he and Ladarius Webb. Here are all the tidbits of note from the practice and press conference.
John Harbaugh feels like the team did everything it could do in the offseason. I would assume this means what they accomplished in camp, the draft, and free agency. The Ravens didn’t have much cap space to play with so he has a point there.

The Ravens extended quite a few invites to camp, including a host of defensive backs. And it appears that they will sign at least a couple of guys. Aaron Wilson of Ravens Insider is reporting that they will sign LB Austin Spitler and possibly Aaron Ross and Dominique Franks.

The front office will make some signings after a number of veteran tryouts during minicamp. News could come today or in the coming days.

Harbaugh said that the team will likely sign a couple of the players who were at minicamp on tryout basis. They have two roster spots.

Expect to get some double Harbaugh action during training camp, as the 49ers will be in attendance. Next year the Ravens plan to travel to San Fran (if John is still there I suppose). And it appears that there will be a special referee in the event things get out of hand.

With so many injuries occuring in the summer time, it is relieving that the Ravens came out of camp with only one injury to note.
Ravens in good shape injury-wise. Biggest one to come out of minicamp was Kapron Lewis-Moore who has minor hamstring issue.

Marlon Brown dropped some passes for the second day in a row. Again, not a good look for a guy who can easily get buried on the depth chart this year.
Another day with dropped passes for wide receiver Marlon Brown. Not as glaring as Wednesday, but still not a good week for him
